The proposed design is a pair of independently controlled modules that join magnetically for carrying. The final pack contents, controls and magnetic retention still require sample verification. Joining the modules does not imply power transfer between them.

No. The current design target is two 5,000mAh modules: 10,000mAh combined nominal cell capacity. Each module has its own energy budget. Nominal mAh is not the same as usable USB output energy; the final specification will state each module’s voltage, Wh and measured output.

Dimensions and weight per module are not confirmed. We will publish them separately from the combined pair, alongside grip and control demonstrations. A higher capacity can mean more weight; choose around how you will carry and hold it, not capacity alone.

Suitability depends on the final model’s instructions and the recipient’s ability to operate it and notice excess heat. Age limits and permitted contact have not been validated. Family imagery is illustrative, not evidence that the product is suitable for children or everyone. This preview is for adult purchasers.

A tested runtime is not available yet. The figures in our design brief are test targets, not a promise for a cold day. We plan to report runtime per module and heat setting, with ambient temperature and test conditions. Heating, phone output and lighting draw from the same battery budget.

No. It is a development target for the first perceptible warming, not the time to reach the selected temperature. Warm-up time, surface temperature and steady heat distribution require separate measurements.

Independent control is part of the proposed design. We need to verify heat distribution, hot spots and consistency between modules. Different settings, charge levels or exposure can affect performance. Unexpectedly excessive heat is a reason to stop using the device, not to increase the other module’s setting.

The proposed display includes battery level and heat information. The final interface must distinguish a selected setting from a measured temperature and identify the sensor location. A displayed number should not be assumed to equal every point on the surface. Accuracy remains to be tested.

Those uses have not been validated. Do not treat lifestyle images as instructions for direct skin contact, sleep use or use on other body areas. Permitted contact, duration and supervision requirements must come from the final manual. This product concept is not presented as a medical treatment.

No. A USB-C connector alone does not establish a charging protocol or power level. Our design brief targets bidirectional PD 3.0 at up to 18W per module; negotiated profiles, compatible cables, adapters and phone models still need testing.

We cannot promise a full-charge count before testing. Phone battery size, conversion losses, cable, phone use and energy already used for heating all matter. We plan to disclose measured USB output energy and the phone and conditions used in any example.

No. Magnetic Duo refers to the two warmer modules joining for carrying. Wireless charging and MagSafe compatibility are not claimed. Phone power in the design brief is through a cable.

This combination is not yet verified. It is also different from heating while recharging the warmer’s own battery. Each combination requires its own electrical and thermal validation. Do not assume either is supported; the final manual will identify permitted modes.

Independent USB-C input per module is the proposed design. The final cable count, adapter requirements, pair charging arrangement and recharge time are pending. One module being plugged in does not mean the other is charging.

Lighting also uses battery energy, so it can reduce the energy left for warmth or phone power. Brightness, lighting modes and combined-mode runtime are unverified design targets. The proposed light is for everyday convenience, not emergency equipment.

Stop using and charging it. Do not open, puncture or attempt to repair a battery pack, and do not put it into an ordinary return parcel. Seek manufacturer and local battery-handling guidance. First check for damage, swelling, unusual smell or excessive heat; if present, stop and follow the battery guidance above. Otherwise, use only the cable, adapter and troubleshooting steps specified in the final manual. Record which module is affected, its model/batch and the symptoms for support. Do not open it or repeatedly force charging.

No water-resistance or IP rating is claimed. A winter lifestyle image does not establish waterproofing. Keep the device dry and follow the final operating limits; it is not a substitute for protective clothing or emergency gear.

Use an appropriate local battery or electronics collection service, not household rubbish or a normal recycling bin. Launch markets, delivery estimates, taxes and shipping charges are not confirmed. These details must be visible before an order can be placed. A European launch is being prepared; availability in any particular country is not promised.

Warranty terms, the responsible seller, support contact and return arrangements must be published before sales start. Keep the proof of purchase and model/batch details for any future claim. Do not mail a damaged battery as a routine return; obtain specific handling instructions first.
